Hello, I’m Kimberley Becker, founder of Decisive Dental Solutions. I have had the great privilege of working in the dental/medical industry for the past 30 years. My roots are founded in the dental profession as an RDA in multiple key positions and I have had the unique privilege of progressive succession as a Senior Health Administer of a large health care facility as the Director of Operations.

What seems like a lifetime ago now, I was running a dental office in a medical facility for medically compromised clients. When the ADA started to audit clinics I had already been accustomed to infection control audits and a host of other regulatory process experiences and had written the required facility policy and procedures. I knew I could be of assistance to the many dentists out there who just wanted to focus on dentistry rather than administrative overhead. Over the course of many years, I have traveled Alberta and visited hundreds of dental/denturists offices to write customized policy and procedures from infection control to Occupational Health and Safety.

My experience in Health Care Administration and Operations Management has allowed me to bring teams together, improve client experience and retention, and bring exceptional value add to many unique practices. Human Resources and on boarding team members can be a challenging task, but I have a passion for building dynamic teams. I strongly believe that training and education are key to the success of the practice and the team that works within them.

I am most proud to say that every office I have worked with has passed their audits with a 100% success rate.
